Gift Voucher

Our gift voucher is sent to you by e-mail and contains all the information that is important for redemption. There are no shipping costs and no additional handling fees.
Please note: Gift vouchers that are paid via bank transfer will be sent once the payment has been received. For all other payment methods, the voucher will be sent to you immediately after the order has been placed.

It's just a normal voucher, but the products behind it are unconventional, sustainable and flexible. And the best thing about it: it can also be bought as a last-minute gift, because you will receive it directly after ordering by e-mail to print out or simply forward.

We do not offer physical voucher cards for environmental reasons.

Can I print the voucher?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail with a link to view and print the voucher. 

Do you also send the vouchers by post?
For the sake of the environment, we only offer digital vouchers. You won't find physical vouchers here either. 

How long can the voucher be redeemed?
Vouchers must be redeemed at the latest by the end of the third year after the voucher code has been sent. After that, they lose their validity.

On which products can the voucher be redeemed?
The voucher is valid for all products in our online shop and is applied to the total invoice amount including shipping costs.

What are the conditions for gift vouchers?

How many vouchers can I redeem per order?
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Here you will find all further voucher conditions.
