In the design of our furniture, we rely on modular construction methods that allow our customers an extremely high flexibility of use and encourage creativity. They are designed to consist of as few components as possible, which can be easily replaced and enable the modification of the furniture.
Completely free of environmentally harmful adhesives, our furniture is preassembled by hand and, in the case of our bed, shipped already assembled.
At the end of the chain is a high-quality and durable design product, manufactured under fair and environmentally friendly conditions and tested for compatibility with German standards.
Bei der Konstruktion unserer Möbel setzen wir auf modulare Bauweisen, die unseren Kunden eine extrem hohe Flexibilität bei der Nutzung erlauben und die Kreativität fördern. Ob auf kleinstem Raum oder großzügiger Fläche, mit Hilfe unserer patentierten Konstruktionsweisen können unter- schiedlichste Bedürfnisse bedient werden. Nach Bedarf lassen sich die Möbel sogar während der Benutzung modifizieren oder einzelne Teile austauschen.
Ein weiterer Vorteil: Unsere Produkte lassen sich so klein verpacken, dass sie sich online ordern und per Paketdienst verschicken lassen. Für unsere Händler und Kunden bietet das ganz neue Möglichkeiten. Die Komplexität der Lager- und Versandprozesse sinkt dadurch erheblich.
Variationen – zum Beispiel limitierte Farben – lassen sich mit geringem Aufwand umsetzen. Wir konzipieren all unsere Möbelstücke so, dass sie aus möglichst wenigen und einfach herzustellenden Bauteilen bestehen. Dies ermöglicht eine skalierbare Produktion bei gleichbleibend hoher Qualität. Im Anschluss können unsere Möbel, ohne die Verwendung von umweltschädlichen Klebstoffen, von Hand zusammengesetzt oder, im Falle unseres Betts, bereits fertig montiert verschickt werden.Am Ende der Kette steht ein hochwertiges und langlebiges Designprodukt, das unter fairen und umweltfreundlichen Bedingungen hergestellt wird und auf Kompatibilität mit den deutschen Normen geprüft wurde.

The material of our choice - corrugated cardboard - consists of 54 % to 80 % recycled material and for the remaining part of virgin fibers. The latter comes from sustainable forestry and provides the stability needed for furniture construction. The cardboard furniture can be 100% recycled. Vegan starch glue made from potato, corn or wheat starch is used as the adhesive. We then finish the material exclusively with environmentally friendly water-based printing inks.
The environmental balance sheet for corrugated board production and processing has greatly improved in recent years. The recovery rates for the recovered paper used have been significantly increased and energy consumption substantially reduced. The paper for our cardboard furniture from our own production is produced and processed in Germany, which also means that transport distances can be kept short.
We sell our products exclusively online and ship them climate-neutrally.
The components of our furniture are die-cut in the corrugated cardboard plant from the highest quality heavy-duty board. The use of novel processes in diemaking preserves our corrugated board during processing, resulting in high stability and an aesthetic end result.
To reduce waste from the outset, we make sure that components can be arranged on the cutting dies as efficiently as possible. Cardboard scraps that accumulate as waste during production are returned directly to the recycling loop.
